Our fulfillment times are currently longer than usual due to COVID-19.
The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. We are continuing to fulfill as much as we can at our facilities. Our factories are operating at a limited capacity because of reduced staff due to extra safety measures required by state laws.
In some cases delays can take up to 17-21 days.
We will continue to update you and look forward to all restrictions being lifted, so that we can get back to serving you at a normal capacity and pace again.
